4 Beds/2 Bath, 1,628 sqft. Last purchased in December 2011 for $210,000. Listed at $339,000 on January 31, 2012. Appears to be in almost perfect shape and close to original form, so maybe no or limited remodeling required. This is a 1954 classic by William Krisel according to the Lotta Living blog. Krisel is a well known architect who teamed up with Dan Palmer to design mid century modern homes for the Alexander Construction Company. They designed throughout Los Angeles primarily in Palm Springs and San Diego. However, they also designed the Corbin Palms community in Woodland Hills off of Victory and Corbin. Here is an example of a home that sold.
