The fabulous folks at Trulia first broke the news that R&B singer, Jason Derulo, has just purchased a $3 million castle in Tarzana on November 13, 2014. Derulo has sold over 30 million singles and has achieved six Top 5 singles. He just released his third album, Talk Dirty, on April 15, 2014.
The home measures 7 Beds/6 Baths on 10,844 sqft on a total lot size of 0.93 acres built in 1954 but renovated in 1975. The listing description states:

In addition to the just acquired Tarzana home, Derulo also owns a Coconut Creek, Florida home (shown above) that was purchased for $1,750,000 on December 26, 2012. The home measures 9 Beds/9 Baths on 11,577 sqft on a total lot size of 2.3 acres built in 2009. The listing description states:

Prior to the Tarzana home, it looks like Derulo was possibly a renting a Beverly Hills home up in the hills as seen in the video below. Not sure if this was a rental or another property he owned.
