Celeb R.E.: Catching Up on Celeb R.E. Again and Again
It must be real estate season because there has been a barrage of celeb R.E. transactions in the SFV. I havent been able to post fast enough so below is a highly summarized list of the latest gossip.

Kicking it off with former Beverly Hills 90210 star, Jason Priestley, has just acquired a Studio City home (shown above) according to the always hilarious, Your Mama at the Realestalker. Priestley paid $2,720,000 on May 12, 2014 for a 5 Bed/6.5 Bath home on 5,075 sqft on a total lot size of 9,172 sqft that was originally built in 1925 but heavily modifed in 2014.
This purchase comes on the heels of Priestley selling his Toluca Lake home for $2 million taking a $140,000 loss not taking into account expenses from when it was purchased in May 2007. And here is a bonus that just popped up on the internet from IAMNOTASTALKER after researching Priestley's newly published book on May 6, 2014, Jason Priestley: A Memoir, which showcased a North Hollywood apartment at 5050 Klump Avenue that Priestly lived at and was shared with Brad Pitt when they were both up and coming actors in 1987. Seems that Priestley has a special place in his heart for the SFV.

Moving onto Adrian Paul who is best known for playing Duncan MacLeod in the syndicated TV series, Highlander: The Series which aired from 1992 - 1998 has just listed his Sherman Oaks home (shown above). The always informative Lauren Beale at LAT Hot Property broke the news on June 2, 2014 that Paul listed his home on May 2, 2014 for $1.4 million. The home measures 4 Beds/3.5 Baths on 3,544 sqft on a total lot size of 5,878 sqft that was built in 1990 and last purchased on August 14, 2002 for $779,000.

Lastly, Hunger Games star, Josh Hutcherson, has just purchased a Studio City home (shown above) according to the fine folks at Trulia Luxe Living which was reported on June 3, 2014. The home measures 3 Beds/2 Baths on 1,506 sqft on a total lot size of 5,989 sqft built in 1935 which was purchased for $1,250,000 on May 16, 2014. This purchase appears to be an investment property or for family as Hutcherson just purchased the "Tree House" in the Hollywood Hills for $2.5 million in May 2012. The "Tree House" was previously owned by the late Heath Ledger who purchased it from Ellen DeGeneres.
