SFValleyblog.com Team

The SFValleyblog.com team writes under the pseudonym Marty McFly who pens the appropriately titled Back To The Future Series. In this series, Marty hops into the converted Delorean time machine using 1.21 gigawatts to travel back in time to explore a significant historical site or event in the San Fernando Valley. Marty configures the time circuits in the Delorean to allow the reader to travel back in time to see that respective site as first it appeared and then travel Back To The Future to compare to today (at the time of  posting). This series is truly amazing as some sites are either still intact, intact but modified, or completely gone. As the San Fernando Valley has transformed from vast open spaces of land to agricultural fields to baby boomer expansion to its present form, many sites no longer exist. This series intends to preserve the memory of those historical sites. "Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads.

The Architecture and Real Estate section covers residential and commercial buildings of architectural significance mostly Mid Century Modern or Googie but also applies to other styles. Additionally, the blog will cover the ever changing Real Estate landscape.

The Celebrity Real Estate section of the blog discusses the latest real estate transactions of the wealthy and famous residents of the San Fernando Valley which includes a variety of actors, musicians, athletes, and executives.

The Filming Locations sections covers TV shows and Films that shoot on location in the SFV.
