The latest development project in Valley Village at 5247 - 5253 Vantage Ave is an 18 condomiminum building on a 16,277 sqft lot with 36 parking spaces. The property is owned by SkyLine 18 LLC which acquired two separate parcels that were originally single family homes on August 28, 2014 for $885,000 each from Vista Del Mar Child and Family Service Jewish Orphans Home of Southern California (5247) and The Eleonore Gauss Revocable Living Trust (5253), respectively. Skyline 18 LLC links back to the Hankey Group in LA which appears to be an investment company.
