The Quakertown Terrace apartments are owned by Woodland Hills Apartment LLC which purchased from Doizaki and Sons on December 23, 2010 for $7.2 million. Prior to that, Doizaki and Sons purchased from Prospect Enterprises on August 11, 1988 for $25,000 which seems like a typo (probably missing 2 zeros). Woodland Hills Appartment LLC links back the Law Offices of
Laura J. Snoke in Century City. The property measures 56, 143 sqft built in 1963.
