3 Beds/4 Baths on 6,142 sqft on a total lot size of 1.42 acres built in 1991 by Harry Newman. Newman may not be a household name in everyday circles but has been commissioned for a lot of celebrities including Steven Spielberg, Meryl Streep, and Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. This home is currently owned by attorney Ronald Slates who purchased this home on December 5, 1988 for $475,000 which I am assuming was a land purchase since the home was built in 1991. The home was first listed on the market on November 30, 2012 for the odd number of $4,382,000. If the home sold at this price, Slates would earn a profit of $3,907,000 before taxes, commissions, upkeep, and building costs which is probably at least $1 million if not more.

For those who have a solid memory from the mid 90's, this home was heavily featured in the 1996 flick, 2 Days In The Valley (filming locations discussed on this blog), which was the home of abrasive art dealer, Allan Hopper. Additionally, Dosmo falls into the backyard after escaping an explosion and then ends up holding a group of people hostage at this home. Also, this home featured all this crazy art throughout the house.
