Kylie Jenner Sells Hidden Hills Mansion for $15.3 Million

Kylie Jenner has sold her Hidden Hills mansion for $15.3 million, closing a deal nearly $5 million below the property's original asking price. TMZ's September 14 report credits the Daily Mail with first reporting that the sale closed Friday, September 11.

The eight-bedroom estate had been offered for $20.25 million. The final price brings Jenner's ownership of the home to a close almost a decade after her reported purchase in late 2016.

A $4.95 million gap between the asking and selling prices

The reported sale comes in $4.95 million, or approximately 24.4 percent, below the original ask. Jenner paid $12.05 million for the property in 2016, according to TMZ, putting the resale price $3.25 million above her purchase price.

That comparison measures the change in the property's sale price. Renovations, maintenance, financing and transaction expenses would also factor into Jenner's overall return; the published figures do not establish her net profit.

More than 13,000 square feet, with room for guests

The Altman Brothers' property marketing describes a traditional-style residence with 13,234 square feet, eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms on approximately 1.39 acres. City and pastoral views are part of the setting.

The kitchen has two islands and connects to a great room with retractable glass walls. A theater and a game room with a wet bar provide separate entertaining spaces, while an office with a fireplace, a gym and a massage room round out the interior amenities.

The primary suite includes a sitting area, two large closets and a private balcony. An attached guest suite adds its own entrance, kitchenette, sitting area and courtyard, giving visitors a more self-contained space within the property.

Outdoors, the grounds include a swimming pool and spa, a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, and a fire-pit lounge. A circular driveway and six-car garage complete the arrival and parking areas. Listing details

Josh, Matt and Heather Altman represented the property, according to TMZ. The outlet reported that the agents declined to comment on the sale.
