Scott Disick's Hidden Hills Development Lists for $20 Million

Scott Disick's $20 million Hidden Hills estate development project

Scott Disick is putting his real-estate experience back in the spotlight with a newly developed Hidden Hills estate asking $20 million.

The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home spans 11,227 square feet on more than an acre inside the guard-gated community. Disick developed the property with Benny Luciano, transforming an older ranch into a resort-scaled contemporary residence designed for entertaining. The property is the redevelopment of 23661 Long Valley Road, the 1.11-acre Hidden Hills parcel Disick acquired for $5 million in 2023.

A spec estate, not Scott Disick's former home

The celebrity connection needs one important qualifier: Disick did not live in this house. The property marketing states that he and Luciano developed it as an investment before bringing it to market.

That distinction separates the property from the Hidden Hills homes Disick has occupied or renovated for television. Buyers are not purchasing a former reality-TV residence; they are considering a new luxury development tied to his house-flipping business.

The project is nevertheless closely aligned with the design-minded image Disick established on Flip It Like Disick, the E! series that followed him and his team through high-end renovations and property flips.

Contemporary interiors with a dramatic arrival

Designer Noa Santos of NAINOA shaped the interiors, according to the listing materials. The current photographs show a restrained palette of warm woods, pale stone and soft neutral finishes rather than the high-contrast look often associated with modern spec homes.

A sculptural floating staircase anchors the entry. Broad openings and floor-to-ceiling glass connect the primary living spaces to the grounds, while rounded furniture and tactile finishes soften the home's large scale.

The kitchen and adjoining entertaining spaces continue the clean, tailored aesthetic. Instead of relying on a single oversized great room, the floor plan includes a series of distinct gathering areas with their own materials and mood.

A theater, wellness room and speakeasy-style bar

The amenities are built around entertainment and retreat. The listing highlights a professional theater, a massage and wellness room, and a bar with a separate entrance designed to evoke a private speakeasy.

Outside the main residence, the estate adds a detached guesthouse, a detached gym and a barn. A swimming pool and spa sit at the center of the landscaped backyard, giving the property the compound-like layout expected at the upper end of the Hidden Hills market.

The combination of guest accommodations, fitness space and equestrian infrastructure also makes the grounds more flexible than a typical suburban luxury home. The barn can support the community's horse-oriented lifestyle, while the separate gym and guesthouse keep work, recreation and overnight visitors outside the main living areas.

From a 1960s ranch to an eight-figure development

Public records show that the Long Valley Road parcel previously held a 3,003-square-foot ranch built in 1964. That home had five bedrooms and six bathrooms on approximately 1.11 acres, along with a pool. Public records show a $5 million sale on March 28, 2023.

Architectural Digest reported the same purchase in April 2023, describing Disick's acquisition as a five-bedroom, six-bathroom ranch with a tennis court, pool and separate spa. The matching acreage, square footage, age and sale price support the identification of the parcel, and the active listing now confirms the address.

At the new asking price, the 11,227-square-foot residence is positioned at roughly $1,781 per square foot before accounting for the value of the detached structures and land. The jump from the $5 million acquisition to the $20 million offering reflects a ground-up transformation rather than a conventional resale.

Three brokerages share the listing

Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX One holds the listing alongside Kozet Luciano and Andre Manoukian of Compass, according to the listing materials.

That makes the current offering unusually fresh: entertainment reporting and the brokers' marketing materials are ahead of the large consumer listing portals. Redfin's older property page is useful for confirming the parcel's previous house and 2023 sale, but it should not be presented as the active listing until the new MLS data appears.

For now, the property is best understood as a major Hidden Hills flip with a celebrity developer, not a celebrity provenance sale. Disick's name may draw attention, but the home's scale, Santos-designed interiors and private collection of guest, fitness and equestrian spaces will ultimately have to justify the $20 million price.
