Hume and Leitch purchased this property on September 6, 2007 for $1,435,000 but later separated in 2011. However, this home continued to be owned by both and have now just sold 4 years later earning a joint profit of $256K not factoring expenses. Ironically, Wikipedia states that Hume and Leitch disliked city life and avoided it by living in Woodstock, NY so not sure why they initally purchased this home.
Prior to this home, Hume and Leitch lived in two Hollywood Hills homes at different times. The first was located on Bronson Ave between 2001 and 2002. The second was located in the West Hollywood Hills on Stanley Hills Place between 2003 and 2007.
