Remember Superbad's Evan played by Michael Cera? Well, his family home used in the film has hit the market on July 8, 2015 for $820K and has already had a price drop to $775K on July 31, 2015. The 3 Bed/2.25 Bath on 1,912 sqft ranch home on a total lot size of 0.67 acres is located in Northridge's Sherwood forest area that retains a lot of the old charm and features of this 1952 gem. If you are looking for modern and updated, this home is not for you but there is a lot of potential especially with the massive front and backyards.

Last sold in August 27, 1999 for $340K so the current owners were around for the 2007 filming of Superbad but no mention of it in the listing description. You can see the R.E listing here. Also, you can see the rest of the filming locations for Superbad here which used nearby streets and homes in Northridge.
