Celeb R.E.: iCarly's Jennette McCurdy Selling Studio City Home After 2 Years

After purchasing her Studio City home on April 30, 2013 for $905K, iCarly's Jennette McCurdy has decided to move on asking roughly $500K more at $1.4 million on July 27, 2015. The 3 Bed/3 Bath on 2,600 sqft home is efficiently tucked into the Sutdio City hills with nice views of the SFV.
If you wanted to get a peak of McCurdy's interior tastes, you will need to schedule a tour because the listing pictures are exactly the same from when she purchased unless her original purchase included the furniture and she kept everything the same. Not sure about McCurdy's next destination but hopefully it still remains in the SFV.
