Back on April 13, 2015, the alway hilarious, Your Mama, at the Variety Realestalker revealed that veteran comedienne and actress, Mary Lynn Rajskub, quietly (so quiet that the home was not listed on the MLS) purchased a modest Encino ranch home for $710K on March 13, 2015.

The home measures 4 Beds/2 Baths  on 1,427 sqft on a total lot size of 6,000 sqft built in 1955. The home has some historical significance as it is on the site of the former RKO Encino Ranch that was famously known as the filming location for 1946's Its A Wonderful Life and 1939's The Hunchback of Notre Dame, amongst others.

Rajskub is no stranger to the SFV as previous to the newly acquired Encino home, she may have been living in a North Hollywood/Studio City rental although unconfirmed. However, she definitely owned a Woodland Hills home (shown above) per property records which was purchased for $2 million on December 6, 2005 at the height of last real estate bubble and sold at a gut wrenching $850K loss (which doesnt appear to be a short sale) on October 4, 2011 for $1,150,000.

The home measures 6 Beds/6.75 Baths on 6,200 sqft on a total lot size of 0.83 acres built in 1952. The home also includes two guest homes as describing in the listing details below:
A timeless classic in the heart of Walnut Acres, this updated rancher is the perfect blend of modern updates and old world charm. Featuring a main house with roughly 3,300 square feet and two additional guest units, totaling roughly 6,200 square feet. This is a true modern compound with plenty of space for a rustic lifestyle and yet only minutes away from the conveniences of city life. Located on a prime street, this gated property offers a large living room with vaulted and wood beamed ceilings, a cozy family room, chef's kitchen with all the modern touches, and a large master's "wing" with walk-in closets and ensuite bath. The main house has 4 bedrooms PLUS a formal study and a bonus room off the master. Guest house #1 is a one bedroom and has vaulted ceilings, kitchen-ette and a full bath. Guest house #2 is a smaller studio unit with a 3/4 bath and is currently used as a gym. The property includes a tennis court, fenced pool and large grassy front/ back yard. The lot is gated and extremely private.
Prior to the Woodland Hills home, Rajskub owned a Venice bungalow that measured 2 Beds/2 Baths on 762 sqft on a total lot size of 4,200 sqft built in 1922. Rajskub purchased on January 7, 2005 for $899K and later sold for a decent gain of $300K (before any expenses) on April 15, 2008.
