Filming Locations: 2013 Kia Optima Blake Griffin Time Travels Commercials (2012)

The commercials first started appearing back in October 2012 which I recognized were filmed in West Hills but didnt bother taking the time to blog about until now since I keep seeing newer versions of them for the All-Star game which still feature the West Valley. So below are the filming locations which are mostly filmed in West Hills.

2013 Kia Optima Blake Griffin Time Travels - 1995 Free Throws
In the video below, Blake Griffin actually travels back to 23530 & 23531 Spires St. in West Hills which is at the intersection of Maestro Ave and Spires St.

2013 Kia Optima Blake Griffin Time Travels - 1997 Football
In the video below, Blake Griffin actually travels back to Taxco Trails Park in West Hills which is at the intersection of Platt Ave and Ingomar St and right next door to the homes used in the 1995 commercial above. On a side note, I spent a lot of time at this park for my football practices so I have a lot of memories there.

2013 Kia Optima Blake Griffin Time Travels - 1999 Arcade
In this next commercial, Blake Griffin travels back to a mini mart which I am unfortunatley unable to locate but "appears and feels" to be in the Valley. The only identifying item from this commercial is a street address of "10101" but I wasnt able to find anything. Does anyone in the community have any suggestions or recognize this building. Keep in mind that sometimes directors will purposely alter the look of the building.
2013 Kia Optima Blake Griffin Time Travels - 2002 Sunblock
In this next commercial, Blake Griffin travels back to Gates Canyon Park in Calabasas at 25801 Thousand Oaks Blvd. Out of all the parks in the SFV, this is one of the best ones with the addition of Brandon's Village.

2013 Kia Optima Blake Griffin Time Travels - 2006 Bench Press
In the video below, Blake Griffin returns to the same location as in the 1995 commercial discussed above to an older Blake Griffin at 23530 & 23531 Spires St. in West Hills which is at the intersection of Maestro Ave and Spires St.
