    Is that the Dearden's furniture store on the left?

      I believe so. Deardens had a location there before closing.

      Assuming its the same one, I used to drive by it a lot as a kid in the 80s and 90s. Seems Panorama City was always on the way to everything else! Thanks for the memory!
