74 Unit Townhome Project Coming to Sylmar

Back on July 16, 2015, the SFVBJ reported that a 3 acre plot on two parcels at 13270 Harding Street bordering Foothill just west of the 210 Freeway and one block north of Maclay St will be developed into a 74 unit townhome complex.
The starting price will be in the high $300K's which will be selling in January 2016 with construction completed sometime in 2017. The three story townhomes will offer four and five bedroom units ranging from 1,738 to 1,902 sqft. The project is being proposed by Williams Homes partnering with Presidio Residential Capital which purchased the property for $4.1 million on February 24, 2015 from the Korogluyan Family Trust of Highland Park, Illinois.
The Korgluyan Family Trust acquired this property along with 6 other parcels directly north on Foothill (which can be seen in the aerial map) on May 12, 2009 for I believe $3.5 million from Mountain View Village Partners which paid $10 million for the same parcels on June 28, 2012 and subsequently lost in default sometime in 2009. The properties owned by the trust include APN 2513-010-028, 029, 030, 034, and 036. APN 2513-027-014 and 025 were acquired by Williams Homes for this development project. \
