5 Story 68 Unit Apartment Building Planned for Sepulveda in Van Nuys

This latest apartment development proposal calls for a rather large 5 story, 68 unit apartment building over a 28,150 sqft lot at 6530 Sepulveda Blvd near Victory Blvd in Van Nuys. The current property consists of a an 11 Bed/11 Baths on 5,771 sqft on a total lot size of 0.65 acres built in 1959. The property was most recently owned by a Vincent S Piazza Trust (I dont think its the actor) who sold to 6530 Sepulveda LLC on March 21, 2014 for $1,935,000.  

Is this apartment complex going to be a safe haven for the hookers or means to flush them out?
