Celeb R.E.: Willie McGinest Sells Rare Gated Calabasas Land

The always informative folks at LAT Hot Property revealed on November 19, 2014 that former NFL linebacker and 3 time Super Bowl champion with the New England Patriots, Willie McGinest, has just unloaded prime Calabasas land in the exclusive Estates at the Oaks double gated community on October 28, 2014 for $4 million. 

The land measures 1.90 acres and was purchased on February 25, 2005 for $2.4 million. The listing description states: 

The absolute premier lot in the exclusive double gated "Estates" of The Oaks! Set at the peak of the community boasting unobstructed views is this magnificent approximately 2 acre parcel with absolute privacy. This is your last chance to build in this prestigious community. Plans have been completed by the current owner as well as multiple reports. This lot is ready for the ultimate Calabasas estate!!

McGinest currently lives down the street from the just sold land with a mansion (shown above) that measures 5 Beds/8 Baths on 8,991 sqft on a total lot size of 0.89 acres built in 2005. The purchase price and date for this property is unknown but probably in 2005 for $4 - $6 million but dont quote me.
