Celeb R.E.: WKRP in Cincinnati Star Loni Anderson Lists Sherman Oaks Home

Back on July 22, 2014, the always informative Lauren Beale at LA Times Hot Property revealed that actress, Loni Anderson, has listed her Sherman Oaks home on July 21, 2014 for $2,435,000.
Anderson first started acting in the mid-70's but got her big break in 1978 appearing on the TV series WKRP in Cincinnati. "The sitcom's creator, Hugh Wilson, later admitted that Anderson got the part because "She had a body like Jayne Mansfield and the overall sex appeal of Marilyn Monroe" (Wikipedia). Anderson would go on to appear in a number of TV shows and films including the NBC sitcom Nurses in 1993. Anderson has been married four times with her most famous ex-husband belonging to Burt Reynolds (Boogie Nights) from 1988 - 1993. On may 17, 2008, Anderson married Bob Flick, a founding member of the folk band, The Brothers Four.
The home measures 5 Beds/5.5 Baths on 4,630 sqft on a total lot size of 10,136 sqft built in 2007. The listing description states:

Keep in mind that the home has been on the market for 27 days at the time of this writing with no takers yet.

In addition to the Sherman Oaks home, my research indicates that Anderson has a connection to a trailer park in Chatsworth (shown above) but I am not sure as to what capacity. Its possible she has a relative, fan club, or investment property residing there but this is all speculation so dont quote me here.

Prior to the Sherman Oaks home, Anderson was living in the exclusive Mulholland Estates which is home to many celebrities and executives. This gated community happens to fall in the middle between Sherman Oaks and Beverly Hills so depending on who you ask, you might get two different answers. But many of the homes have great views of the SFV. This home (shown above) measures 5 Beds/8 Baths on 6,911 sqft on a total lot size of 0.44 acres built in 1991. Anderson acquired this property on June 15, 1994 for $2,275,000 and later sold for more than a double on July 3, 2007 for $5.7 million translating into a $3,425,000 gain before expenses. Its been said that Burt Reynolds was living in this home prior to the divorce but I am not sure if that is true because they divorced in 1993 before Anderson purchased in 94.
Its hard to know where Anderson was living prior the Mulholland Estates home because online property records before the 90s are limited. However, the Movieland Directory lists a Mulholland Drive property (shown above) as a potential address but I cannot confirm.

Its not known where Anderson is moving onto but she has a long history of living in the Sherman Oaks area so possibly she is downsizing to a smaller home not too far away.
