Fresh on the MLS listing board is the home of actor Wilmer Valderrama listed for $3,495,000 on August 22, 2013 located in the heart of Tarzana not too far from the former Edgar Rice Burrough's estate (author of Tarzan). Valderrama is best known for appearing as "Fez" on the sitcom, That 70's Show, and hosting the MTV series Yo Momma

The home measures 6 Beds/5 Baths on 9,000 sqft on a total lot size of 2.20 acres originally built in 1946. The listing description states:

Amazing grounds with mature trees surround the main house which features 3 huge bedrooms (2 with fireplaces), including master with large walk-in closet & luxury bath with dual showers & spa tub. Total main house living space is apx 5,000 sq ft with 4 car collector's-style garage & rooftop deck/BBQ area overlooking $300,000 resort-style beach-entry pool/spa with waterfall grotto & water slide! Professional N/S lighted tennis/basketball court & regulation sand volleyball court with sand misting system round out this stellar estate. Other structures include 2 bedroom guest with apx 1700 sq ft and extra 2 car garage, and sep apx 2300 sq ft production suite/office/conference room/game room/gym. Apx 12 car parking near sports area. Truly a magnificent private compound. Perfect for multi-family situation or anyone looking to escape to the good life. Wilbur Elementary School district.
This home was last purchased on June 15, 2005 for $3,525,000 from the one and only Chuck Norris who is probably more famous for his "Chuck Norris Facts" than his 45 acting career. Can you name one of Chuck Norris' filmography or one of his facts first? The Delta Force or Chuck Norris can divide by zero. I am not sure how much he originally purchased this house for, when, and the amount of upgrades he made to the home.

So based on the current asking price and the original purchase price, Valderrama stands to lose $30,000 not including taxes, commissions, carrying costs, and any renovation costs which can all easily add up into the hundreds of thousands but I am not privy to that information so just throwing it out there as a possibility.

Valderrama is a die hard SFV resident with other homes purchased in the SFV coupled with the fact that he attended Taft High school not too far from his current home. Talk about keeping it real and close to the roots although, Valderrama was born in Miami, Florida.

His previous homes include the following:

A 2 Bed/3 Bath on 1,228 sqft condo at 5455 Sylmar Avenue # 1504 Van Nuys (shown above) at the turn on Chandler Blvd and Van Nuys Blvd. This condo was purchased on March 6, 2003 for $297,000 and sold for a $10,000 loss on October 31, 2011 for $287,000.

A 5 Bed/3.5 Bath on 2,732 sqft Van Nuys home located at 15545 Hart Street (shown above) that was purchased on November 18, 1998 for $250,000 and sold on July 20, 2004 for $670,000 for a $420,000 profit.
So with Valderrama demonstrating a devotion to the Valley especially South of the Blvd, where is he moving to next and is he downsizing or upsizing? Or maybe he is moving to get away from his neighbor who sued him back in May 2012 over complaints of too much noise, barking dogs, and vehicle parking space by Baruch Eichenbaum which was reported by the LA Times
