Celebrity Real Estate: Candi Milo Sells in Calabasas
According to Lauren Beale at the L.A. Times, Candi Milo, known for her voice over acting skills including Nick Dean on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and Dexter in Dexter's Laboratory, has sold her Calabasas home for $836,000 on June 21, 2011 to Jessica and Paul Brantley. She originally purchased in 2002 for $481,000 which gives her a $355K profit before fees, commissions, taxes, and renovation work. Not too bad during her 9 year tenure which also included the housing bubble. She definitely purchased and sold at the right time.
The home consisted of 4 Beds/3 Batsh on 2,024 sqft which included Tuscan influences, chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances, steam shower in the master bath, private entertainer's backyard, and a grassy landscaped side yard with its own covered porch. Nothing really special about this house but because of its location, commands a high price.
