A Studio City home once owned by Cesar Millan is back on the market. The property at 4330 Bellaire Avenue was listed on September 24, 2026, for $3.25 million, adding a new chapter to an ownership history that includes Millan’s purchase in 2012 and sale in 2017.
Built in 2012, the traditional-style house has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms across 3,809 square feet, on a 6,457-square-foot lot in the Beeman Park neighborhood. The layout puts one bedroom downstairs and four upstairs, along with a loft and laundry room.
The kitchen connects to the family room, where folding doors open to a covered patio. A fireplace in the living room and a coffered ceiling in the dining room give the formal spaces their own character. Upstairs, the primary suite includes a sitting area, a two-sided fireplace and a private balcony. Outside are a pool, spa, lawn and another fireplace on the patio. Property details via Redfin/CRMLS.
The transaction history supplied for this post identifies Cesar F. Millan as the buyer in October 2012, with a recorded price of $1,625,016. The next priced transaction, in 2017, lists Millan and his family trust as sellers for $2.06 million. That transaction was recorded on March 6, 2017. The property subsequently changed hands for $3.18 million in August 2025.
At $3.25 million, the current ask is $70,000 above the last disclosed sale price. Millan’s ownership ended several transactions ago, but his former Bellaire Avenue property is once again part of Studio City’s for-sale inventory.
