The Young and Restless Actor Aaron Lustig's Former Sherman Oaks Home Lists for $1.525 Million

Aaron Lustig’s former Sherman Oaks home at 13360 Magnolia Boulevard

A Sherman Oaks ranch once owned by actor Aaron Lustig is back on the market for $1.525 million, offering a private, pool-centered retreat in the heart of the Valley.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 13360 Magnolia Boulevard spans 1,898 square feet. Built in 1936, it sits behind tall hedges on an approximately 8,012-square-foot corner lot and includes a detached office, a two-car garage and a covered saltwater pool and spa.

The single-story house balances its 1930s character with contemporary updates. A vaulted, beamed ceiling gives the living room volume, while the adjacent dining room opens to the backyard through broad windows and glass doors. The kitchen has Caesarstone counters, stainless-steel appliances and recessed lighting; hardwood floors, French doors and abundant natural light continue through much of the interior.

The primary suite has two walk-in closets, backyard access and a bathroom with a soaking tub. Two secondary bedrooms and updated bathrooms occupy a separate wing, and a detached office provides space for remote work, an art studio or another creative use.

Hedges and mature landscaping turn the corner lot into a secluded outdoor room. The heated saltwater pool and spa are covered, while a built-in barbecue and bistro lighting set up the backyard for evening entertaining. Alley access leads to the two-car garage.

Lustig purchased the property for $1 million in January 2015, a transaction reported by the Los Angeles Times. Property records shown on Redfin indicate that the house was listed for $1.248 million in May 2018 and sold for $1.21 million on August 1, 2018, ending Lustig’s ownership period. SFV Blog first covered Lustig’s move from Pasadena to this Sherman Oaks home in April 2015. This is a former celebrity residence; Lustig is not the current seller.

The actor is best known to daytime-TV audiences as Dr. Tim Reid on The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful. The role earned him a Daytime Emmy nomination for supporting actor in 1997. His film credits include Ghostbusters II, Darkman and Edward Scissorhands.
