The always informative Lauren Beale at LA Times Hot Property revealed on February 12, 2015 that actor, Aaron Lustig, purchased a Sherman Oaks home for $1 million on January 30, 2015.
Lustig is best known for his role as "Tim Reid" on The Young and the Restless as well as The Bold and the Beautiful. Lustig has an accomplished career with credits going back to 1984 working on notable films and TV shows like Ghostbusters II, Edward Scissorhands, Clear and Present Danger, Alf, Quantum Leap, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Party of Five, NYPD Blue, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, and on and on.
The home measures 3 Beds/3 Baths on 2,100 sqft on a total lot size of 8,184 sqft built in 1936. The listing description states:
