1920's Sylmar Home Near Mission College to be Demolished for 22 Single Family Homes

A 1920's built Sylmar home located at 13245 Hubbard Street is proposed to be demolished to make way for 22 single family homes. The lot measures 1.62 acres with the home measuring 1,873 sqft with 2 Beds/1 Bath. It was recently purchased by Valenzuela Christine from the Martha E Gottenbos Trust on February 17, 2012 for $803,000. 

I dont believe this property has any historical significance aside from the fact that its still standing since 1920. The satellite photo shows 1953 below.
