Celeb R.E.: Lita Ford's Former Sherman Oaks Condo Shared with Nikki Sixx Hits the Market

Fresh on the market and already in a pending status is the former Sherman Oaks condo of British-American guitarist, singer, and songwriter, Lita Ford, who first started with the SFV based, The Runaways, and later a solo career. The condo hit the market on August 11, 2014 for $279,000 and later went pending on August 26.
The condo measures 1 Bed/1 Baths on 663 sqft built in 1975. The listing description states:

According to the following sites, Metalsludge.tv, Paul Miles Presents Chronological Cure, and Mcruloyalty.dk, Ford lived in this condo with Nikki Sixx around 1984 while they were both up and coming artists located at 4859 Coldwater Canyon Ave #6A. There is also a brief People magazine article mentioning Ford and Sixx time together at a "dingy L.A. apartment." I am not able to verify this information as property records dont go back that far but I am going to assuming this information is correct coming from three different websites.

Speaking of Nikki Sixx, he recently moved out of a Calabasas mansion to a Westlake Village mansion which I covered on this blog including Sixx's previous SFV homes and other connections to the SFV.
