The Jonas Brother's family purchased this home on September 25, 2012 for $1.3 million earning a decent $500K profit before any expenses. The Jonas Brothers are synonymous with Toluca Lake as they have lived in 2 other nearby homes going back to the mid-2000's. The Toluca Lake location makes a logical choice due to the close proximity of the Disney Studios where they gained their notoriety.

Prior to the home mentioned above, the Jonas Brothers were leasing a home that was previously owned by comedian Damon Wayans (shown above) who purchased this home on July 24, 2001 for $2.2 million and later sold on June 5, 2007 for $4.4 million. The Jonas Brothers later leased this home sometime in 2009 and probably up until 2012 when they purchased the home mentioned above.
