Back on April 27, 2015, gossip juggernaut, TMZ, revealed that former Baywatch and Charles in Charge star, Nicole Eggert, sold her Studio City home on April 16, 2015 for $1.15 million in order to pay off debts from a judge approved bankruptcy. Eggert purchased the home for $835K on January 20, 2005 at the height of the last housing bubble, so selling at a $315K profit is quite impressive. This should help clear some of her debts as she initially faced foreclosure back on March 14, 2012 in the amount of $10,028.90. Coincidentally, this home was listed by Donna Haim who shares the same name of Eggert's first fiance, 80's/90's teen heartthrob, Corey Haim, who sadly passed away in 2010.
The home measures 3 Beds/2.5 Baths on 2,250 sqft on a total lot size of 8,999 sqft built in 1940. The listing description states:

Prior to this home, Eggert was living in another Studio City home (shown above) that measured 2 Beds/2 Baths on 1,645 sqft on a total lot size of 5,375 sqft built in 1941. This home was purchased sometime in the 90's (possibly in the early to mid 90's as she became more famous after Baywatch) for an unknown amount and sold for $776,500 on April 18, 2005 to TV writer and producer, John D. Beck, best known for producing the TV show, Liv and Maddie. Eggert's home living situation prior to this home is unknown but technicially she is a Valley Girl as she was born in Glendale and probably spending a good amount of her time in the SFV.
You might be wondering where is the former hot vixen today? Eggert has actually become more reachable as she recently started an ice cream truck business dubbed, Scoops, that claims to be different from the rest and is available for your next big event.
