Back on December 17, 2014, the alway hilarious, Your Mama, at the Variety Realestalker revealed that actor, Kevin Rahm, sold his Studio City home on September 18, 2014 for $900k. Rahm is best known for  his roles in Judging Amy as "Kyle McCarty", Desperate Housewives as "Lee McDermott," and on Mad Men as "Ted Chaough."

The home measures 2 Beds/1.25 Baths on 1,521 sqft on a total lot size of 9,440 sqft built in 1951. The listing description states:
Located at the end of a quiet, tree-lined, picturesque cul-de-sac in prime (South of Blvd) Studio City, this gorgeous, move-in ready, one-story traditional, surrounded by trees, boasts a wide-open floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors, two brick fireplaces, laundry room, fresh paint inside/out, formal dining (could be converted to a den or third bedroom), large kitchen w/ bar, and living room (w/ fireplace and built-in surround sound) that opens to a private backyard oasis w/ new redwood deck, multiple seating areas and putting green. Home also has plans for an expanded outdoor entertainment area that includes stairs leading up to a spectacular landing/pad that would embrace the awesome canyon view. Full of warmth, and located just moments from the shops and restaurants of Ventura Blvd, this home is truly one of a kind, and will not last.
Rahm first purchased this property on October 23, 2002 for $610K earning a cool $290K before expenses. The reason for the sale based on speculation is that Rahm is moving to a bigger home after marrying on April 28, 2012 and more recently the birth of his first child, a daughter, born on September 13, 2014. So hoping that Rahm stays in the SFV.
