Celeb R.E.: Joely Fisher Lists Sherman Oaks Home

Back on March 10, 2014, the always hilarious, Your Mama, at the Realestalker first revealed that actress, Joely Fisher, was planning on listing her Sherman Oaks home. Lo and behold on April 6, 2014, Fisher listed said home for $4,195,000.
Fisher who was born in Burbank and can technically be called a Valley Girl has been acting since at least 1986. Her most notable films include The Mask and Inspector Gadget and in TV include Growing Pains, Desperate Housewives and Gross Pointe to name a few. In addition to her acting career Fisher comes from a family of Hollywood royalty which includes her father, Eddie, who was the most successful pop singles artist of the first half of the 1950s. Her mother, Connie Stevens, known for her acting role on Hawaiian Eye and her singing career. Her younger sister, Tricia Leigh Fisher, an actress performing in a variety of films since 1985. Her half sister, Carrie Fisher (mother is singer, dancer, and actress Debbie Reynolds), who is best known for playing Princess Leia in the Star Wars series. Her half brother, Todd Fisher (mother is Debbie Reynolds), who is an actor, director, producer, cinematographer, and also an executive of Debbie Reynolds businesses.
The home measures 7 Beds/7.5 Baths on 8,230 sqft on a total lot size of 0.48 acres built in 2006. The listing description states:

Prior to the Sherman Oaks home, Fisher was living in an Encino home shown below. This home was last sold on December 19, 2009 for $2.4 million and purchased on October 25, 2005 for $3,350,000 resulting in a massive $950,000 loss before any commissions, renovations, and carrying costs.
