Back on December 26, 2012, the always informative Lauren Beale at LA Times Hot Property disclosed that actress Michelle Stafford purchased a home in the Glendale area which was actually purchased on September 4, 2012 for $926,500.

Stafford is known for playing "Phyllis Summers" on the The Young and the Restless which she has been starring since 1994 earning 9 nominations for a Daytime Emmy Award with two of those being winners in 1997 and 2004.

The Glendale home contains 3 Beds/3 Baths on 2,996 sqft on a total lot size of 9,579 sqft built in 1948. At the time of writing this post, there are no listing photos nor a description. However, from the LA Times:
The two-story Monterey Colonial-style house of nearly 3,000 square feet features a central hall, a formal dining room, an updated kitchen, a den, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The two-story house with basement was commissioned by a Loma Linda Hospital doctor and built in 1948. Other medical professionals bought or lived in the house over the years, earning it the nickname "The Doctor's House."
There are patios, a front lawn and a backyard swimming pool.
On a completely unrelated note, you can read about Stafford's coworker, Kristoff St. John's short sale in West Hills
