Tito died in 2024 at age 70 after a career that remained closely connected to the Jackson 5 and later included blues-oriented solo work. His middle name was Joe, and the ownership should not be confused with his father, Joseph “Joe” Jackson, who was not involved with this property.
Several online sources, including VirtualGlobetrotting, state that Tito later sold the house to his brother Jermaine Jackson in 2004. Inside are a living or family room with a fireplace, a formal dining area, an upstairs bonus room and a primary suite with a walk-in closet. Listing updates include laminate flooring downstairs, refinished wood flooring upstairs, recessed lighting, fresh interior and exterior paint, dual-zone air conditioning and an updated primary-bath vanity. The kitchen has white cabinetry, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, while a two-car attached garage and enclosed backyard complete the property.
The public sale history also shows a transfer for $330,000 in November 2024, although the circumstances are not explained in the available listing information. The home returned to the market in June 2026.
