Celeb R.E.: Argo Producer, Grant Heslov, Lists in Sherman Oaks

Back on July 29, 2014, the always hilarious Your Mama at Variety revealed that Grant Heslov listed his Sherman Oaks home very quietly for $3.9 million which is currently not on the market at the time of this writing. Heslov is best known for winning an Academy Award for Best Picture as a co-producer in Ben Affleck's 2012 hit film, Argo (filming locations here). Heslov is also an actor appearing in films since 1985 including True Lies, Black Sheep, The Scorpion King, and also on TV with Happy Days, Family Ties, and L.A. Law.
The home measures 5 Bed/6 Baths on 5,628 sqft on a total lot size of 0.49 acres built in 1934. The listing description states:

Heslov originally purchased this home on November 16, 2006 for $3,125,000. Prior to the Sherman Oaks home, Heslov was living in a Studio City home measuring 3 Beds/2 Baths on 2,663 sqft on a total lot size of 0.35 acres built in 1937 (shown below). Heslov purchased this home on February 27, 2004 for $1,390,000 and sold on November 16, 2006 for $1,860,000.

Prior to the Studio City home, Heslov was living in another Studio City home (shown below) measuring 3 Beds/3 Baths on 2,931 sqft on a total lot size of 0.45 acres built in 1939. Heslov purchased on July 25, 2003 for $1,024,000 and barely sold 6 months later on February 26, 2004 for $1,490,000.

Prior to the second Studio City home, Heslov was living in a third (or original) Studio City home (shown below) measuring 3 Beds/3 Baths on 2,070 sqft on a total lot size of 8,434 sqft buil tin 1938. Heslov purchased on September 23, 1999 for $390,003 and later sold on July 22, 2003 for $711,007.

Wherever Heslov is moving to next, it seems like it will be somewhere in the SFV based on previous history.
