Klump Estate in Toluca Lake Flipped Back on The Market

The Klump Estate in Toluca Lake has been flipped back on the market with an asking price of $3,875,000 on November 1, 2013. The home was last purchased on January 10, 2013 for $1.8 million where I thought the new owner was going to enjoy the original features of this home dating back to its creation in 1926. That was not the case as the home looks nothing like its original self and most of the best features are now gone. Fortunately, you can view the home in its original state here when I first discussed this home being sold back in January 2013.
If the home sold at today's asking price, the seller stands to gain $2,075,000 before any expenses. Assuming that $1 million was spent on this home after everything is said and done, the seller would still earn a hefty $1 million gain.
