Back on September 10, 2013, NBA Baller Jason Kidd quietly sold his Granada Hills home for $565,000. Jason Kidd just retired from the game last year and will now enter a coaching career for the Brooklyn Nets. When Kidd was playing from 1994 - 2013, he was an amazing point guard who ranked third all-time for regular season triple-doubles with 107 and second in playoff triple doubles with 11. He also won two Olympic gold medals, NBA champion in 2011, 10 time All-star, co-Rookie fo the Year (with Grant Hill), and a whole host of other accomplishments too long to discuss for this post.
The home measures 4 Beds/2.5 Baths on 2,750 sqft on a total lot size of 0.39 acres built in 1956. The listing description is below:

Its not known why Jason Kidd purchased a modest Granada Hills South home but his son Jason Jr. was attending Harvard-Westlake High School according to a January 12, 2007 article by the New York Post, so maybe he chose to live in the SFV to near that prestigious school.
Its not known exactly where Jason calls home but back in 2009 according to the Realestalker, Jason Kidd purchased $5,948,000 mansion on N. Casa Blanca Drive in Paradise Valley, AZ which I am assuming he still owns and still calls home. Also mentioned by the Realestalker is that Kidd may also own a 1,350 sqft condo in Foster City, CA and another condo in Dallas, TX that measures 2,476 ft which may have already been sold.
