I am not sure where Van Leeuwen was living prior to the Glendale home but on March 1, 2007, he purchased a Woodland Hills home (shown above) for $1,275,000 that was later foreclosed on November 7, 2011 based on missed payments totaling $33,185.50. This home was co-owned by Serrina Sims who is a vocalist in a group called Sweethead that also has Van Leeuwen as the guitarist. The home eventually sold on March 30, 2012 and was most recently re-listed for $1,497,275 but withdrawn in October. The home measures 5 Beds/4.25 Baths on 4,348 sqft on a total lot size of 0.57 acres built in 1990.
