Celeb R.E.: Ryan Hansen of Veronica Mars Moves Up From NoHo to Studio City

The always informative Lauren Beale at LA Times Hot Property first broke the news on April 7, 2014 that Ryan Hansen from the hit film, Veronica Mars, purchased a Studio City home for $1.35 million on April 3, 2014. This home was previously owned by animation producer, Tom Jacomb, who purchased the property on April 13, 2009 for $1.1 million and made a decent $250K profit before expenses.
The home measures 4 Beds/4.5 Baths on 3,993 sqft on a total lot size of 8,573 sqft built in 1940. The listing description states:

Prior to the newly acquired Studio City home, Ryan Hansen and his wife, Amy, were living in a North Hollywood home (shown above) that was recently sold. The home measures 3 Beds/2.5 Baths on 1,359 sqft on a total lot size of 6,796 sqft built in 1940. The listing description states:

The Hansens purchased this home on June 24, 2009 for $550,000 near the depths of the damage caused by the housing bubble and recently sold on April 23, 2014 for $670,000 recording a decent $120,000 profit before any expenses like taxes, commissions, renovations, and carrying costs.

Prior to the North Hollywood home, the Hansens were living with fellow actress Kristen Bell according to Wikipedia. Kristen Bell purchased a Studio City home (shown above) for $3.1 million on November 16, 2006 which unfortunately later fell victim to foreclosure which hopefully was not a result of the Hansens leaving for their North Hollywood home in 2009. Prior to the North Hollywood home, the Hansens were living in a tiny North Hollywood condo (shown above) that measured 1 Bed/1 Bath on 796 sqft on a total lot size of 900 sqft built in 1972. According to the property records, this condo was purchased by Paul and Sheryl Russell (Amy's parents) on May 28, 2004 for $222,000. The Russell's later quit claimed a 49% stake to the Hansens on April 6, 2006. Then on August 30, 2006, the Hansens sold for $289,000 earning a $67,000 profit before expenses right near the peak of the housing bubble. It appears Amy's parents helped or purchased this home for the Hansens but that is just speculation so dont quote me.
Dont know where the Hansens were living prior to the North Hollywood condo but probably near Amy's parent's home in El Cajon while Ryan was developing his career that started in 2001.
