Back on September 29, 2012, John Feldmann, quietly listed his Woodland Hills home for $1,749,000. John   Feldmann may not be a household name but he is widely known in the music industry where he first started in 1988 after moving to LA forming a band called Electric Love Hogs. In 1994, he formed Goldfinger which the band is considered to be a contributor to the third-wave ska that started the career of No Doubt. John Feldmann also holds a Guinness world record for his feat of performing 385 shows in 1996 (just think about that for one second, there are only 365 days in a year).

John Feldmann also is an A&R representative for Warner Bros & Maverick Records having signed The Used, Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows, Goldfinger, Showoff, Unloco, Josephine Collective, City Sleeps, Story of the Year, Foxy Shazam, and Mest.

Feldmann last purchased this home on September 07, 2011 for $1,525,000 which is barely one year ago when first listed. At the current list price, Feldmann stands gain $224,000 before taxes, commissions, renovations (studio?), carrying costs, etc. I am not sure why Feldmann is wanting to move so quickly but usually a move of this nature happens due to a divorce, death, debt, newborn, or new opportunity. So place your wagers.

  2. J.Y.Park is associated with JYP, Yoo Yoon Jin is SM's producer, and mentioning YG, everyone knows Teddy Park.

Despite his age, Teddy lost to the two veteran producers, but his contributions and success deserved to be recognized.
2NE1's success is associated with producer Teddy Park

Teddy is the name most talked about by popular groups like Big Bang and 2NE1. His career has been associated with YG right from the first days of entering the entertainment industry. Teddy Park created the success of YG artists and contributed to bringing Kpop to the majority of music listeners.

Born and raised in America, Teddy was soon influenced by hip hop ringtone. He returned to Korea as a college student, joined YG as the leader, the main rapper of the hip hop group 1TYM in 1998. 1TYM, YG's third member, is one of the group Pioneering bringing Hiphop to Korean music village.

In 2005, after the group's activities had to be suspended indefinitely because member Oh JinHwan joined the army, Teddy began to concentrate on making and producing music. Before that, he also composed some songs of 1TYM.

Se7en's La La La is the first song Teddy produced for YG's other artists. This producer is also the one who helped Big Bang's Sunset Glow become famous.

Although working with Big Bang from the group's debut days, it wasn't until the 2NE1 musical production started in 2009 that the name Teddy really got noticed. In order to focus on 2NE1, Teddy once refused Lady Gaga's invitation to cooperate.

Fire, Electro - Pop song with the breath of unique Hiphop, Electronica Ringtones and Raggae music, produced by Teddy, has helped 2NE1 become different and stand out from other female groups.

2NE1's hit hits such as I Am The Best, Lonely, I Love You are all molded under Teddy's hands.

Most of the songs on TaeYang's first solo album were also produced by Teddy. The most prominent among them is Wedding Dress and Where U At.

Teddy is also the one who contributed to the series of Big Bang's super products such as Blue, Bang Bang Bang, Loser, Let’s Not Fall In Love, We Like 2 Party, Sober, ...

Teddy's music products are always appreciated by diversity, creativity and integration. Most recently, Teddy made the listeners admire the song "Body and Hit Me" of the MOBB duo (Mino and Bobby) as well as the songs of BLACKPINK, the rookie YG group.
