The always informative Lauren Beale at LA Times Hot Property revealed on February 12, 2015 that Matt Scannell of the alternative rock band, Vertical Horizon, has sold his second Studio City home for $1.13 million on January 14, 2015.
The home measures 4 Beds/3 Baths on 2,227 sqft on a total lot size of 0.31 acres built in 1948. The listing description states:

Scannell purchased this home on February 13, 2004 for $850,000 which translated into a $280K profit not including expenses. The LA Times is reporting that Scannell leased this home which makes sense as he owns another Studio City home with former actress turned real estate broker, Leah Lail. Coincidentally or not, Lail was the listing agent for this property and Scannell is a trustee for the turst controlling Lail's Beverly Hills home.
The second Studio City home (shown above) measures 3 Beds/3 Baths on 2,453 sqft on a total lot size of 8,499 sqft built in 1963. The property was purchased on July 20, 2007 for $1.6 million.
