Former Disney star, Selena Gomez, has just listed her Tarzana home on May 1, 2014 for $3,495,000 which is not much of a surprise considering she just acquired a Calabasas home in late March for approximately $3 million which was discussed on this blog

The Tarzana home has been discussed on this blog on more than one occassion in the past where the rumor mill revealed that Jonah Hill purchased it and later flipped to Selena Gomez. Well the truth was that Gomez's parents purchased the home under a trust that was linked to Jonah Hill's father who also happens to be an agent for many Hollywood stars including Gomez. Thanks to Zillow for clarifying

And since we are talking about Gomez, she previously lived in an Encino ranch home before moving into the Tarzana home also discussed on this blog.

The Tarzana home measures 6 Beds/7.75 Baths on 6,630 sqft on a total lot size of 0.83 acres built in 1956. The listing description states:
Prettiest House in the ValleyOne of the most beautiful homes in the Valley. Exquisite remodel-every aspect of the designer-done home takes your breath away. Secure private gates surround the entire 1 acre flat property. The lush front yard landscaping and fountain creates a serene welcome. The charming red door and stacked blue stone lead into the impressive high-ceiling entry with a classic center-hall floor plan. On one side, the Formal Dining room with towering coffered ceiling looks out over the grounds, while the butler's pantry and chef's kitchen are adjacent. The other side has a lovely Living Room with a beautiful mantle surrounding the wood-buring fireplace. The great room opens up to reveal gorgeous woodwork details, where every luxury has been considered and created. The lavish upstairs Guest Suite has its own separate entrance, and is encircled by a balcony to survey the massive grounds. The architectural truss beams and soaring high ceilings are magnificent.A full kitchen, two bathrooms, and two walk-in closets make this a room befitting your most special guest. The newly built downstairs Media room has a bar which opens to the outdoor BBQ and Firepit lounge area. What amazing parties you can have! The spectacular one flat acre grounds are the envy of all. Full court basketball with lights. Room for a full tennis court. Tucked away in the corner of the yard, behind the Bocce Ball court and fruit tree orchard, sits a quaint shaded pergola with Sonos audio-very cool! You’ll also love the 3 separate dog kennels and auxiliary building that can house a creative work space or storage. Master Suite with sitting room is everything your client will ever want. Finished garage with additional laundry facilities and outfitted as a serious work-out gym.
Gomez last purchased this home on July 14, 2011 for $2,175,000. If Gomez sells at today's asking price, she stands to gain $1,320,000 over just two years of living in the home which is an amazing profit potential not taking into account expenses like carrying costs, renovations, and commissions. On a side note, this home is directly across the street from the Dr. A.E. Abdun-Nur Residence designed by Paul Williams
